Shipping & Delivery

At Cyclego, we take care to make shipping as smooth as possible within Australia.


Delivery Times

During peak seasons and busy shopping periods, bulky freight shipments may experience delays of 7 to 20 business days. While not typical, this can occasionally happen.


Remote Locations & Islands

For remote areas, islands, or low-freight regions, surcharges may apply. We reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust fees accordingly. Contact our team for an accurate quote if you believe this may affect you.


International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.


P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless prior arrangements are made for small items under 15kg sent via Australia Post.


Who We Ship With

  • Small Parcels: AusPost, Team Global Express

  • Medium Parcels: AusPost, Team Global Express

  • Large Parcels: Toll Ipec (signature required)

  • E-Bikes & Motorbikes: Toll Ipec (signature required)


Missed Deliveries

We recommend shipping to an attended address. If unavailable, consider having a friend, family member, or local bike store receive the delivery. A signature is required, and no items will be left at doorsteps. Re-delivery fees may apply.


Order Processing

Orders are processed and usually shipped within 24–48 business hours. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 16 business days, contact us at info@cyclego.com.au with your order number.


Shipping & Assembly

All products are securely boxed. Bikes and scooters are shipped 80% assembled and may require professional assembly. Incorrect assembly may void your warranty.


Correct Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Orders sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered or refunded.


Additional Services & Charges

  • Store Pickup: Free

  • Missed Delivery Re-Delivery Fee: Min. $25

  • Express Delivery Services: Available at checkout


Dispatching

Deliveries are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. While we do our best, shipping and delivery times are beyond our control and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
