Coverage
What We Cover:

Manufacturer faults, defects, and failures.

Original purchasers with a presentable receipt.

3 months coverage on parts & accessories (Excludes items such as clothing, apparel, merchandise, bags, tyres, tubes, brake pads, discs, serviceable fluids, perishables, or wear-and-tear items which do not have warranty).
What We Don't Cover:
Claims, damages, or failures resulting from:

Misuse (e.g., impacts, collisions, freestyle activities).

Water, natural disasters, fires, storms, or floods.
-
Exposure to external elements causing blemishes, stains, rust, or similar damage.

Foreign objects or debris.
-
Incorrect fitment, installation, or assembly.
-
Repairs, modifications, or services performed by unauthorized persons or companies unless approved by Cyclego.

Freight or transport damage (opt for shipping insurance at checkout if needed).

Wear-and-tear items (tyres, tubes, bearings, brake pads, discs, seats, perishables, or fluids).

Failure to maintain regular servicing as outlined in the product manual.

Modifications, alterations, or DIY installation of parts or accessories not supplied as original by Cyclego, or any device altered from its original manufacturer’s state.

Packaging required to securely return items for repair.

Products won as prizes in competitions or giveaways.
Claims
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a warranty claim, you must:

Be the original purchaser listed on the receipt.

Lodge your claim within the valid warranty period from the date of purchase.
What to Do if You Have a Problem:

Contact our team to help diagnose the problem and submit a Service Request via the online form.

If a manufacturer fault is confirmed, we will ship a replacement part.

If the fault requires technician attention, we will direct you to a nearby authorized technician or associate for repair or installation.

In rare cases, we may arrange for the product to be returned to us at our expense.
Note: Any items returned for repairs must be packed securely by the purchaser. Damages caused during shipping are not covered by warranty.
Void of Warranty
Cyclego prioritizes customer safety. Any modification, alteration, or installation of parts not supplied as original equipment by the manufacturer voids the warranty.
Warranty will be immediately voided for any issues arising from aftermarket modifications or replacements, including but not limited to:

Battery

Motor
-
Controller
-
Throttle
-
Transmission system
-
Suspension system
-
Braking system
Such modifications can pose serious safety risks, including injury or death.
