Warning

Some electric rideables (e-scooters, e-bikes, skateboards, etc.) may not be legal to use on public property (roads, parks, pathways, etc.) in some states. Please check with your local authorities before use. Always wear a helmet and follow local laws and regulations.

Disclaimer

  • Battery range mentioned in product descriptions is for guidance only. Actual range depends on many factors such as terrain, rider weight, weather, throttle usage, and other conditions.

  • Local laws differ, and some electric devices are intended for off-road use only. You are solely responsible for device usage and must consult local authorities regarding where you may ride.

Safety & Precautions

  • Ensure you have the skills to safely assemble your Cyclego product. Incorrect assembly may cause serious injury, death, or void warranties. Seek professional help if unsure.

  • Always wear a helmet and necessary protective gear (knee/elbow pads, closed shoes, etc.).

  • Do not store batteries in hot or direct sunlight for extended periods.

  • Bikes, scooters, or skateboards may lose brakes or power at any time due to low battery, mechanical/electrical failure, or other interference. Ride at speeds that allow safe stopping without power or brakes.

  • Obey local road rules. Avoid busy roads.

  • High-speed modes are sensitive. Ride within your ability. Start in low-speed modes until comfortable.

  • Do not ride if fatigued, unwell, or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

  • Avoid riding in adverse weather (rain, wind, storms, etc.).

  • Maintain your equipment—check tire pressure, tighten screws/nuts, and lubricate chains and bearings regularly.

  • Avoid water; electric products are not waterproof. Water damage is not covered by warranty.

  • Do not subject the product to rough handling (jumping, crashing, or dropping). Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.

  • Riding electric devices carries the risk of injury or death. Always follow safety guidelines.

  • Riding on hills can be dangerous; control your speed and direction, especially when braking might fail.
